P R O C E D U R E:
The principal buyer and all persons connected with each transaction will need to fill out and sign documents, such as Non-circumvent agreements.
In some instancies the buyer can indicate what area, such as Brooklyn, Manhattan he would like to work with. He can also indicate what type of properties (one, two families, commercial etc).
The minimum investment starts from 5M. Large deals such as 100M, 1Millon, 1 Billion dollars are popular and they close quickly.
Procedure: 1. Letter of Intent stating the investment amount and the areas the investor/buyer wants.
2. Forms will be sent to all parties to be completed and signed.
3. Once all paper work is complete the Bank that hold the certificate will send all information to the investor/buyer.
4. After the buyer shows proof of funds then he will be sent info on all the properties.
5. If he likes the package he will be given instructions by the Bank what as to be done to complete the deal.
6. After the Package content is revealed closing must be completed in 15 days.
The Bank will only deal with the Principal Investor/Buyer therefore signed agreements between all parties is a must before any information can be revealed.
